In 2004 Leigh Spinks became business parteners with Trevor Palmer. The solid partnership that was formed saw the creation of PCW Commercial Windows Pty Ltd, formally Palmer Aluminium, and continued on the 20 years of proud history created by Trevor with Palmer Aluminium. Since Trevor's retirement in 2007, Leigh has taken the business into new and exciting product lines and improved on the strong reputation and solid position PCW Commercial Windowsholds within the commercial window sector. PCW Commercial Windows has built a team that is strong and loyal through a mutual respect and a dedication to personal growth. Every member of PCW Commercial Windows dynamic team is vital to preserving the benchmark high standards product delivery and customer service. This approach has made PCW Commercial Windows a well known and sought after commercial glass and aluminium company.


LEIGH SPINKS - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Leigh has a trade background as a glazier and has worked in the aluminium window industry for 17 years. Having worked in the residential market for some years he started as an estimator for PCW Aluminium in 2002 and became a business partner in 2004. In 2007 Leigh became sole owner and managing director of PCW. Very much a family man and receiving immense support from his wife and three young children, Leigh has thrown himself into the business with a passion for the industry and a willingness to be pro-active and open to industry changes. Leigh is very hands-on, managing all aspects of the company, having direct contact to each and every client and project. He is eager to evolve with PCW into the future of the industry and continue providing a quality and reliable service to his clientele.


PETER SMITH - DIRECTOR

Peter has worked under the PCW banner for a total of 14 years. He has a wealth of knowledge gained over nearly 35 years in the industry, having worked 10 years in the residential window sector and 20 years in the commercial/architectural window sector. Peter has progressed through the industry from fabrication, installation and glazing, site supervising/measuring, project management and office administration to his current role as a Director at PCW. Peter oversees many facets of the company, encompassing systems analysis, estimating, CAD shop drawings and daily communication with our Production Manager to produce high standards in product and integrity.




KIM GRAY - OFFICE MANAGER

Kim has been employed at PCW for 10 years. Having previously spent 16 years as a group travel coordinator for several large travel companies, Kim has a strong customer service focus. She takes extraordinary care of all aspects of our office administration including accounts, project certifications and contract details to name a few. Kim's relaxed and considerate personality has also made her integral to the smooth daily functioning of both the office and factory and our team as a whole.
